Introduction

 Hi there! 👋

I’m Paurush Sinha, currently in my 4th Semester of BCA at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies (Delhi). This blog is not just another college project or academic task. It's my personal space where I share experiments, insights, and experiences related to the subject I’ve grown quite interested in — Digital Marketing.

If you’ve somehow landed here through Google, social media, or pure destiny, let me give you a quick idea of what this site is about and why it exists in the first place.

Why I Started This Blog?

So, let’s be real. In college, we study a lot of theory. And while theory is important, Digital Marketing is something you learn by doing. No matter how many slides or notes we go through, nothing really sticks unless we try it out ourselves.

That’s exactly what I’m doing here.

This blog is where I apply what I learn in class — SEO, email marketing, Google Ads, content writing, blogging, branding, social media growth — all of it. I’ll mess up, learn, try again, and hopefully get better over time. I’m not an expert. I’m a student, just like many of you reading this.

But I believe in learning out loud. Instead of keeping my progress limited to assignments or project files, I thought — why not put it on the internet and maybe connect with others on the same path?

What Kind of Content Will You Find Here?

I’m still figuring out the exact structure of the blog, but here’s what you can expect:

1. Practical Experiments

I’ll try out real digital marketing tactics — like running ads, trying affiliate marketing, growing Instagram pages, building email lists, etc. I’ll share the steps, what tools I use, and what results I get (even if it’s ₹0 profit).

2. Simple Explanations

Let’s admit it — a lot of blogs and websites talk about digital marketing in fancy jargon. Here, I’ll keep it simple. Whether it’s SEO or PPC or bounce rate or content funnels, I’ll break it down in normal words that even our dimaag after 3 lectures can understand.

3. Tools I Use

There are hundreds of tools out there for content creation, keyword research, analytics, and more. I’ll share the ones I try — both free and paid (mostly free, because student life). Honest reviews, how-to guides, and shortcuts included.

4. Project Ideas for Students

BCA/BCOM/BBA students always need practical projects. I’ll be sharing ideas and frameworks that I’m trying myself, so you can take inspiration or build your own from scratch.

5. Fail Diaries

Everything won’t work. Some ideas will flop, some websites won’t rank, some ads will waste money. But that’s the fun part! I’ll share those failures too, so others can avoid the same mistakes. Learning happens through trying, not just watching YouTube videos.

A Bit About Me (In Case You're Curious)

I’m 20 years old (as of writing this). I’m from Delhi. And apart from Digital Marketing, I love tech, coding, content creation, memes, and chai. I’ve always been the kind of guy who gets curious about “how things work behind the scenes.”

When I scroll on Instagram and see a viral reel, I don’t just laugh — I wonder how the reel got viral, what hashtags were used, what editing style worked, and how the creator is earning from it.

When I search something on Google and click the first link, I wonder — how did this blog reach the top? What SEO trick did they use? That curiosity led me to digital marketing.

I’ve tried running pages, failed startups, small affiliate attempts — all small steps that added up to my interest in this field.

Why Digital Marketing, though?

Because it’s everywhere.

Think about it — every business wants customers. Every customer is online. So, the bridge between them? That’s Digital Marketing.

Whether you’re a coder, designer, writer, entrepreneur, or even a dancer — knowing how to market your skill online gives you power. You can reach people without needing a middleman. That freedom is addictive.

Plus, let’s be honest — there’s money in it if you get good at it. From freelancing to agency work to running your own brand, there are so many paths.

What This Blog is Not

Just to clarify — this blog is not:

  • A professional-level training site

  • A shortcut to success

  • A one-size-fits-all guide

I won’t pretend to be a guru or expert. I won’t sell you a course or promise 1 lakh/month in 3 weeks. I’m just a student writing and building stuff in public. If that sounds chill to you, welcome aboard.

Final Thoughts

I don’t know where this blog will go. Maybe it’ll become a mini portfolio. Maybe it’ll help some other student. Maybe I’ll look back after 5 years and cringe at the typos.

But one thing is sure — I’m going to keep experimenting and learning.

If you’re also someone who’s studying digital marketing, trying to start your journey, or just interested inside hustles, this blog is for you.

I’ll share my wins, losses, trials, and errors — all in simple words, without unnecessary gyaan.

So, stick around if that sounds fun. Let’s build something together.

Thanks for reading 💻
